Cancellation policy

In the event of a no show, the full amount of cost of 1st nights stay will be charged, as will cancellation of less than 48 hours of arrival.

We advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any losses incurred.
 
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. If we cannot use a room due to misuse, a cleaning/damage charge and room closure charge will apply until we are able to use the room again.
 
Reserving a room is a contract and as such you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
