Balcony house offers three guest rooms, each individually decorated, offering comfortable accommodation with style.

The two double/twin rooms are en-suite and the four poster room with balcony has private facilities directly opposite the room.

Bathrobes are provided.

All rooms have complimentary toiletries and extensive hospitality trays with chocolate biscuits.

We also have a guest lounge for your comfort.

There is parking available in front of the property. This is free but not exclusively for Balcony house guests.
